Personally speaking, what are your core values, both in life and in education?

With this question you touch on one of the most important areas in which I hope to contribute to Albright College, which is to help the students first and then all others at the College focus on values. Core values are really what should drive what we decide to do at the college and how we decide to do it. I will be speaking repeatedly and at more length on this subject during the next year.
However, in answer to your question to me personally, at the top of my list are core values such as integrity - and I should point out that integrity to me is a much broader value than simple honesty, although it certainly includes being honest; religious faith; courage; love - again in a broad context embodying all of its dimensions; patriotism; the essentiality of families; loyalty; commitment and personal responsibility. These are the ones that jump out off the top of my head….
