For quite some time, I have been seeking to get your direct responses to several of my concerns regarding your candidacy at Albright College. I have regrettably found you to be evasive notwithstanding your professed claim to be candid. I have emailed you very specific questions, which you have either chosen to totally ignore, or to respond with confusing generalities.
I have tried to be fair with you in giving you an opportunity to address these issues, but I am sadly coming to realization that you may have no intent to do so. This will, therefore be my last email to you on the subject with a request to respond to my questions, which in an earlier email you indicated you would only address after arriving at Albright on July 1.
If I fail to hear from you by Monday, May 17, I am going to presume that you do not wish to address my concerns. In such a circumstance, I am going to very ask for a formal investigation into some of your representations in your resume, to the search committee and to the Albright faculty during your last visit. The information I have collected suggests there is discrepancy between your claims and the record. As I have repeatedly stated to you, if your answers can explain these discrepancies I will be happy to publicly state my satisfaction. But I cannot allow the stonewalling to continue indefinitely.
